libgflags2v5 software package provides commandline flags module for C++ (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgflags2v5
libgflags2v5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgflags2v5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgflags2v5 *
You will get with libgflags2v5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
